Life right now is not a cake-walk. Logistics of moving and selling our house and having enough money etc. causes STRESS. But today I'm feeling like one lucky lady. We got offers on our house-- yes- MORE than one. Not only that-- but we found out that the buyers of our house not only love our house, but ALL our stuff. Sometimes I look around our house and realize that it's full of homemade stuff. Furniture off craigslist that I've painted myself. Homemade bedding. Artwork made with scrapbook paper and mod podge. Mismatched picture frames that I've spray painted to match. Decor bought from the clearance section. It makes me happy that all of my hard work maybe doesn't look
that bad. I've been selling a lot of stuff on craigslist this week-- and now it'll be nice if the new buyers of the house take the rest :)
I'm lucky because I have the worlds best kids. They are darling and healthy. I've had some pretty heart-wrenching things happen to some of my friends. It sure makes me squeeze my kids a little tighter. And deal with tantrums and arguments with a little more patience.
And one more thing makes me feel lucky today. My mom gets here in ONE MONTH!!!

Is this an Apple commercial? I'm feeling lucky that I'm coming over to kiss those cute kids in just one month!!

I am so excited you got offers on your house. I do have to say I was also sad, not that you wouldn't have gone anyway, but you will be missed!!!!!!!!!!!
If they like your stuff, then they have great taste, so hopefully they will be cool! (But not as cool as yous guys) ;)
