Sorry, Mom

Sorry, mom--no smiling pictures today! We have quite a sick baby!! She's caught a flu bug in Blackfoot and is still suffering! We've been busy with diaper changed and cleaning up throw up. Here she is making a couple of funny faces. (Dave too)

Blackfoot

Here are some pictures from our trip to Blackfoot. It was quite an eventful trip ending with all of us getting really sick! Four days later and Quinn is still really sick...poor baby. It was sure fun to see everyone though!

Here's Quinn and her cousin Ellie. Quinn not only got a kiss, but a sticky cheek.

Dad and Quinn...looking cute.

More of Quinn and dad...

All of the Grandkids--minus Gary and Teri's baby, Crew. And the Grandparents. Notice how the girls are slightly outnumbered!

Here's Quinn looking somber on Christmas morning. I don't think she knew what to think of the chaos yet...

Here's some of the chaos...

Here's Quinn trying out one of Grandma Keller's toys.

Quinn and cousin Levi--they are only six weeks apart!

Quinn

I thought I would put up a few more pictures since it's Christmas... Here's Quinn looking sweet in a Christmas shirt.

Quinn riding her bike...

A funny face

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

We had Christmas a little early at our house since we are leaving for Blackfoot on Christmas Eve and didn't want to tote a bunch of presents.
Here's me opening a swiffer that I got from my mom--it is AMAZING!!

Here's Quinn trying out her new bike. Our friends Jason and Christy gave it to her--she loves it!! And look--her feet even touch the ground!

Quinn got this doll house from Aunt Julie--she played with it for a long time--definately the hit of Christmas for Quinn!!

Dave got a Best Buy gift card and shirt from my mom and movies from me...his face says it all.

Here's Quinner playing with the contents of her stocking.

5 year Anniversary

Dave and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary yesterday! We spent the day shopping with the Christmas crowds then had dinner at the Melting Pot. I have the sweetest husband on the planet! Not to mention quite a looker.

This is Rachel Zeyer--our first official babysitter.

9 months!!

Our sweet girl is nine months old!
She officially has 6 teeth (one more is on the way). I've had to fish a lot of foreign objects out of her mouth lately and have gotten bitten HARD--She knows how to use them.
She's still not sleeping through the night, but I can't complain about her sleep habits, she's a good girl.
She still only army crawls but is FAST.
She spends her days lately pulling up on everything and making me a nervous wreck.
She loves to play with balls and blocks. (and anything else that is not a toy and she's not supposed to have)
She basically skipped over baby food and went right to finger food. She LOVES Cheerios and also Sweet Potato Puffs (they smell so nasty I won't even try them, but she likes them!)
She LOVES LOVES LOVES peek-a-boo and getting chased.

Christmas PJ's

Aunt Julie sent Quinn these adorable pj's a long time ago, but since they are 12 month size I haven't bothered trying them on her. I finally did and they look so cute!! Here she is being a little ham

Finally finished!!

I started making this quilt for Quinn 4 months ago and I'm FINALLY done!

The blanket turned into an obvious game of Peek-a-boo.

By the way---she wore another shirt and a skirt over her tights...I guess I should have waited to take the picture--she is always half dressed.

Big night out

Dave and I officially had our first night out together since Quinn was born. It was Dave's work Christmas party. Paul, Leslie, and Clint all agreed to watch Quinn. I think we may have over paid them though since Quinn slept the whole time.

As you can see, I was still very nervous all night. (Quinn is getting THREE teeth and hasn't been sleeping as perfectly as normal). It went well though, and was a good trial run for when we have a sitter this Friday for our anniversary! And thanks, Daine, for funding our dinner--we are very excited to go to Melting Pot

Weekend with Paul, Leslie, Evie and Clint

Quinn and Paul

The girls are only 4 days apart so they are doing the same things right now. They both had fun standing up by out ottomans!

Playing by the wall

See Quinn eyeing Evie....

And she gets her.

Present from Clint

Paul, Leslie, Evie, and Clint came for a visit this weekend. Clint brought the girls matching t-shirts for Christmas. The front says "Uncle Clint says I can go live with him if you spank me a again." Very funny, Clint!!!

Quinn's new funny facec

For the last few days Quinn has been making this face--eyebrows up, nostrils flared--usually making an 'ooo' sound...ha. it's funny. I caught a few of them on camera today...enjoy.

Three cute posts in a row and no body has anything to say about it? Come on Krystal, I know you look :)

Dave's work kid's Christmas party

Quinn getting a present from Santa

Quinn being not quite sure about Santa

Quinn had her first carosel ride!! And maybe her last--it made me really dizzy!

Quinn being cute

Quinn hanging out with her stuffed animals.

She is always kneeling lately, and I think it's so funny!!!

We decided that we should have her open her Christmas present from Grandma and Grandpa Stevens since it is a toy that you pull up on and she is doing that a lot lately!!

Here she is kneeling again watching dad put together her new toy.

Peek-a-boo

Quinn LOVES peek-a-boo right now. When I was at the mall, if I would walk too close to a rack of clothes, she would grab them and put them over her face. This is a picture of her and her favorite book--a peek-a-boo book. She will actually cry when it's over and want me to read it again. (sorry mom, I couldn't get her to make a happy face for the camera)

Here's dad playing pee-a-boo with Quinn.

Sunday

The pictures I took don't quite do this adorable dress justice. I was so excited to find that it fits her finally!! It's a perfect little Christmas dress!

Sometimes her pigtails are PERFECT....Sunday was one of those days.
