I don't know how many of you know about the health issues we've had with Quinn the past 6 months. We took her to a specialist yesterday who wanted us to have an endoscopy and colonoscopy done on Quinn--this morning. So yesterday we had to starve the poor girl and could only give her clear liquids (not good news since she doesn't like juice). This morning we had to be at the hospital REALLY early and they took her back to surgery at 7:30. We won't get the biopsy results until Monday so I will spare you all of the things they think she might have until we have more conclusive results. Hopefully we can finally have some answers as to why she has been coughing for 6 months. (they are also concerned about her poor weight gain and they found blood in her stool).

Here's a tired, stressed, and frazzled momma--with a mad Quinn. She hates to be weighed--let alone have to change out of her clothes and get her vitals taken. They ended up giving her a sedative to help her deal...it helped us all deal.
Thanks to all of our sweet friends and family who helped us through the last couple of days--you know who you are--and i love you!

so sad! what other symptoms has she had besides not growing and coughing over the last 6 months? kind of makes me nervous for isaac who isn't really growing either... let me know how it goes!
She's cute even when she's mad. My thoughts have been only about Quinn, and you and Dave. We're praying about it all. Love and hugs to you all....Mom

I think that little picture of Quinn sitting in that hospital gown about sums it all up. Oh your poor baby. Everything will be alright, just wait for Monday. It's always better once you find out.
I know it is a stressful time...but dang those itsy bitsy hospital gowns are too cute! I sort of stole the one Zander wore in the ER! Our constant thoughts, and heartfelt prayers are with the 3 of you! Let me know if there is anything we can do to help!
