Krystal has been here hanging out in Boise since my baby shower. Quinn is slowly warming up--but still won't let Krystal look at any of her books :)

Grandma and Grandpa Keller gave us this coffee table this week. Quinn has enjoyed using it as her new place to look through books.


Check out her cute pony tail...it lasted a couple of hours this time :)

I've been lucky to catch some of Quinn's cuteness on camera lately. This is actually the end of the alphabet song (I didn't turn on the camera fast enough) you get to hear L--through Z. Plus 'sing with me!!!!'

And here she is making herself very dizzy. What a nut. Her hair looks so long in this video!!

A BIG thanks to everyone who came to my shower!! It was so sweet of all of you to come and show your support for our growing family. He is going to be one stylin' little boy!! And now he won't have to use a lot of pink stuff that was Quinn's. And thanks to Allison who threw me an awesome shower!!!

When did she get so big??

She was very sweet with her baby today. Maybe getting some practice for her baby brother??

She would even sing it a little lullaby, then want me to sing to it too. But as SOON as I started rocking the baby she wanted me to rock her instead :) It was sweet.

Recognize this shirt, Grandpa? I think you personalized it for her last summer--now it fits :)

speaking of things fitting her finally--I want you all to know that Quinn still wears SIX MONTH size onesies...haha. I've never even been tempted to buy 9 month ones :) such a peanut

Happy Birthday Mom!!

It's my mom's birthday today. Just wanted to tell her how much I love her! She is such an amazing mom--I don't know what I would do without her!!

She is also the BEST Grandma. She spoils Quinn rotten--and I'm sure Quinn will never have any doubts about how much Grandma loves her! She is never afraid to get on the floor and play with her or let her dig through her purse :)

first of all, I just have to tell you that my mom had a great idea that I not take quinn's picture for a MONTH. (just to see if she would warm up to the camera if I wasn't taking her picture EVERY day). but here I am...still posting pictures of Quinn :)
This first picture shows what a GREAT thing happened today--Quinn learned to make a pile of books that she's read. See that pile of her nightstand???

There is usually a huge mess of books of the floor by her chair. She had fun making the piles today and would even tell me when the pile was too big so I could put them away. Hopefully she keeps this up...so much of my life is putting away books--this made it much easier. oh--and no pants....Grandma and Grandpa Stevens sent her a cute Valentine's day outfit....but she refused the pants. I don't know if it was just because she didn't want to wear pants, or because it wasn't a skirt. I'll try again next time she wears the shirt.

I hope Dave's cousin Nicole doesn't frequent my blog...because here are some pictures of her gift I made.

Just a phase?

Quinn not only scrunched her nose, but did this when I got out the camera yesterday....and said 'no pictures.'

I haven't purchased all that much for the new baby, but here is one that I couldn't pass up. How cute are these shoes??? Can't wait until he's a year and a half old and can wear them :) Actually--what I really can't wait for is 8 weeks from now when he's out of my belly!!

Baby room progress

We worked on the baby room yesterday--hung up the curtains I made and the paintings that Dave did.
