Mommy and Hendrix....we had quite a day!!! Here are the highlights:
I had my water broken at 8:30 am
I got a bunch of pitocin before deciding that i needed an epidural (it worked this time!!!)
Hendrix had his umbilical cord wrapped around his neck TWICE
After some scary minutes with a low heart rate the doc used a vacuum
A very happy mommy and daddy that their little boy made it safe and sound
Look--he's got hair...hehe :)

OUr cute floppy baby. 7 pounds 6 ounces--20 inches long
Meeting his big sister. She was so sweet and cute!! She even sang him 'twinkle twinkle.'
Hendrix also got to meet some of his cousins--here he is with Caleb
Our cute little guy.

I'm totally crying!!! aw. . . I love him already. He is so tiny, I can't even believe that quinn was even tinier than that! I am reeling over all his dark hair, you little stinkers--- stealing all the hair for your babies and leaving none for the rest of us!
I need to come and meet this tiny floppy baby, or else I might be convinced to have another one soon! jk. He is perfect. Love him, love you guys, hope everything is going great at home!!!
So, I have looked at the pictures several times, and I just love that last one, where you can see all his arm/shoulder fuzz. I miss that. . . and yes, I'm still crying! You have two babies!!!

He is just as adorable as I knew he would be. Congratulations you guys, I can't believe he is actually here! I'm so glad the epidural worked this time for you, that is pretty scary though with the umbilical cord wrapped twice! I have no idea when we'll be down next, but I can't wait to meet him! Sorry he won't have a best bud like Quinn and Evie... we'll get to work on that for you. As long as they're a year apart, it's okay-- right? But like I said, congrats, he is so darn stinkin' cute.

P.S.- watch out for that vaccuum delivery. It gave Thad torticollis and made him miserable for months. And no one warned us it could happen.

I LOVE his name. I love Quinn's name too actually. He is such a cute newborn, and he somehow looks just like both of you. Congrats!
Oh Amber and Dave HOORAY for him being here!!!!! What a complete and utter sweet baby! You make some pretty darn cute babies. You look fabulous! I got a little teary at all the adorable pictures, and with quinn singing to him already, SOOOO sweet!
Hope you are doing okay at home. I MUST come visit soon and hold a tiny baby again! (mine never was "tiny" and now he's gigantic) so I need a tiny baby fix! I'll bother you next week or the week after, give you some space for awhile.

Congrats Amber! What a sugar!! You look AMAZING. Are you sure that YOU gave birth, or did you just have a labor and delivery seregate? I wonder how much one would cost? Hehe.
