Still kinda girly...but not as bad?? I can't really come up with a good idea of how to cover that pink strap, and there is nothing I can do about the feet of the chair.

Quinn racing and pj's

I didn't get the laundry done on time tonight so we were all out of Quinn's warm pj's. She hasn't worn these that Grandma Marcia made her for a while, and she was SUPER excited to wear them tonight because they match the pj's her baby doll has. I'll try and get a picture of the two of them together tomorrow morning.

I wish this was a straight on shot of her happy face. She runs around saying 'I race you, I race you!!!' running as fast as she can. I try to explain to her that her mommy is too pregnant to 'race,' but she enjoys the running anyway.

Happy Birthday, Dainey!!! Hope you had a great day. How is it possible that this is the most recent picture I have of both of us??!! Love you--Happy B-day. This whole post is JUST FOR YOU :) (and mom....)

Quinn LOVES to color now. It's super cute. She'll color for a long time. She's worn out many crayons already.

She also is looking worn out! She also has gone through 3 coloring books--once she colors even a SPOT on a page she won't go back and color the rest later. So we have to encourage her to finish the whole page before we turn it for her. Coloring books aren't free, you know.

And yes....in summer clothes. She is definitely getting an opinion about what to wear.

Went to the park again today and this is the ONLY picture i took...I don't know what I was thinking. Notice she's not playing the equipment...we just 'walked around.' When we told her we were going to the park she said "no park" about 20 times..what 2 year old doesn't want to go to the park??!

I got to see the little baby boy today! My doctor decided to do a quick ultrasound to make sure everything was ok. I've been having a lot of pain in my belly that isn't contractions, so she wanted to see what was going on in there. He has a really hard bum that is really far up in my ribs. The last couple of times my doctor has felt my belly she can't decide if his head is up or down since his bum is so hard. It turns out his head is down--there is just no relief for my sore belly :)

No pressure...

So I know I've already put up like 5 videos of Quinn singing and playing her piano...so if you don't want to see another one, don't watch!!! Here she is first singing 'night, night, froggie.' (her own made up song...about putting one of her toys to sleep...) then singing the theme song to Sesame Street--which is very cute :) the real words are: Sunny day, sweeping the clouds away, on my way to where the air is sweet. As you can see, she gets awfully close!!

Day at the park

It is starting to warm up a little bit in Boise (sorry all you michiganders...I know it's like 20 degrees there today). We had a chance to go the park with daddy today--here are some cute pictures.





Quinn was actually not really in the mood to play on the playground equipment (despite what the smiling pictures show!)--she just wanted to 'walk around,' as she would say.

Build a Bear

Leslie brought us a coupon for a free Build-a-bear, so we took the girls this afternoon. Quinn didn't even want the stuffed animal really, but was super excited about giving it a shower!!! (She likes the stuffed animal now--she just wasn't in the mood--and the store was PACKED)

Valentine's Day!!!

Paul, Leslie, and Evie are here this weekend (Uncle Clint too). Here is a picture of the girls from this morning. I love how they each have BOTH hands on the microwave :)

We went to lunch today. Here is Quinn finally warming up to Aunt Krystal...just in time for her flight an hour later :)

Quinn was pretending to nap on top of Krystal's suitcase...it was very cute.

She would squeeze her eyes shut REALLY tight.

I made Krystal this bag to take with her to the peace corp. Here she is modeling it for me....


Krystal has been here hanging out in Boise since my baby shower. Quinn is slowly warming up--but still won't let Krystal look at any of her books :)

Grandma and Grandpa Keller gave us this coffee table this week. Quinn has enjoyed using it as her new place to look through books.


Check out her cute pony tail...it lasted a couple of hours this time :)
