Cozumel

Oh wonderful Cozumel, Mexico. I think originally I was the least excited about Mexico. It turned out to be my favorite port. I LOVED our day there.

Getting off the boat- kinda sunny?
We decided not to do an organized excursion since we had done one the past two ports. That ended up being a great decision. We rented a Jeep and drove around the island. It takes about 2 hours to get all the way around- and it was amazingly beautiful.
Our sweet Jeep.
 Our view
Dave was saying something like "Yeeaahh..." :)
The beach was AMAZING. And there were not a lot of people- I don't really know where everyone else went all day
We also went to see some Mayan ruins. We were happy that we weren't there were one of the groups. They pulled up by the bus load and had to walk around with these long winded tour guides. But on our own- it was awesome. We could walk through as fast as we wanted.

They were awesome. Kinda crazy to think about people building those things.

Then we headed back to the beach for some lunch
Cokes and guacamole close to the beach. It was awesome.

We sat on these rocks and watched the waves for a long time. The waves were huge and the water was so blue.
I would go back to Cozumel in a heartbeat. It was such a fun day.
