2013 goals

Another year come and gone. This past year has really flown by. It's been a really great year and been full of major life changes. Want to see how I did on the goals I set last year?? Ha... HERE is the original post if you are curious.

1. Have a more organized home.
I would say I could check this off my list 75% of the way. I took a class with a life coach a couple months ago and this was my main focus. I don't have a completely organized home yet, but I feel like I was given some super valuable skills to get me there. And in general I feel more in control of things.

2. Start doing yoga
Ha!! NOPE. Didn't even come close to accomplishing this goal. I may have totally bombed on this goal- but I'm quite happy with the fitness level I've achieved this past year. I started running again- VERY consistently and ran 2 half marathons.

3. Sell our house
CHECK!!! Did that one :)

4. Have major dental work done
Another big check mark. Had lots of stuff done before I moved and haven't been to the dentist here yet. Gulp. Here's to a year of less dental work.

5.Throw Veda a big 1st birthday party and encourage her to nurse as long as possible
CHECK! She had a great party- and I weaned her a week and a half ago. So I would say I did okay with this goal :)

6. Potty train Hendrix
Nope... didn't do it. But Veda is almost potty trained, so does that count?! :)

7. Be more fashionable
I would say I kinda accomplished this. I am more fashionable than I was before, but not as fashionable as I'd like to be. A work in progress- I guess I'll have to add this to my list for this year.

8. Move to Austin and make a good friend
Well- we moved! And we love it. So that's done. A really good friend? Sure - I think I've made 10 :)

Looks like a successful year! Go Amber. I've always thought of you as very stylish, so I think you can cross that one off of your list, too. :)

Wow! Good job. My goal as usual was to not make any goals. So I did great too!
